The small tip emits a fine jet of freezing Nitrous Oxide under high pressure which allows me to work with precision to the millimetre.
The effected skin and tissues is destroyed in a very controlled way by rapidly freezing the cells, forming tiny ice hards when destroy the required cells. This means there will be no collateral damage to nearby healthy tissue.
The applicator is held as close as possible to the skin imperfection and moved quickly aware from it. Treatment lasts from 5 - 30 seconds.

Treatment kills localised cells in the area of treatment causing the imperfection. This cases the cells to shrivel and die. The treated area may do darker over a few week but will return to normal pigmented skin in about 6 weeks.
The sensation of Cryotherapy is similar to a nettle sting for the duration of treatment. There may be a little mild residual tinging/stinging for a few minutes after treatment.
Treatments effect in the area are permanent.
The duration of the treatment time will depend on the surface area and the thickness of the tissue being treated. I will use treatments of between 5 to 30 seconds on each area.
You can go back to normal daily activities after treatment.
